May Class Schedule and Workshops

UBM May Schedule 2018

Our Sunday evening Yin class is moving to Thursday evenings at 7pm. This is an hour and a half class with Yin, pranayama and meditation taught by Melissa McKim.

Sunday evenings we will be featuring workshops and series. May 6th 6pm-7:30pm is Introduction to Meditation taught by Tricia Glynn. A 4 week Meditation Series will be held on Sunday evening 6pm-7pm starting May 20th (no class Memorial Day Weekend).
