Chi Flow

When: Friday July 13th and July 20th 6:15pm-7:30pm
This class combines Yoga, Qi Gong and Meridian Flow. In this practice we will use the ancient wisdom of yoga (asana, pranayama), traditional Chinese medicine and other forms of moving energy through the body. Expect to build strength in the physical body as well as clearing blockages in the subtle energy body. Beginners are always welcome.
Cooling Yin Yoga, Mantra and Live Music

Join us for a Cooling Yin Yoga style practice while listening to the sounds of Sanskrit mantra as sung by Lauren Chalas as she plays the beautiful Indian instrument – the harmonium.
