Thank to all of you for being an important part of the Unplug & Be Mindful Community. We know that there are so many folks in our area who don’t have enough & need some help on the holidays so we offer you “Giving Tuesdays”.
Tuesday nights in December, 6:30pm - 7:30pm we offer you our Yoga Nidra class for donation only. The first two Tuesdays night Yoga Nidra classes we request a donation (see list below). The last two Tuesday evening classes are our gift to you. Donations will go to Marshfield Community Christmas.

Marshfield Community Christmas is a local non-profit organization Marshfield Community Christmas established to help needy and lonely members of the Marshfield community by giving them new toys, small gifts and food certificates in the hopes of making Christmas a little more joyful.
