Balance your chakras in this 90 minute, slow flow yoga class. We will explore each of the 7 energy centers through movement and meditation, as well as an overview of the qualities of each chakra when balanced and imbalanced. This flow practice will stimulate the chakras through intuitive sequencing, and will help you find balance in both the physical and energetic body. Class will end with a few extra minutes of deep relaxation and a guided meditation to help cleanse the subtle body. Yoga practicioners of all levels are welcome, no experience required!

Restorative Yoga, Massage & Reiki

This 2 hour workshop incorporates Restorative Yoga, Massage and Reiki, a combination that will guide your mind and body to a deeper state of relaxation. Breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind and props will be used to allow for a gentle, passive stretch. As part of this workshop we play crystal bowls with frequencies aligned to the 7 main chakras of the subtle energy body to assist in removing blockages from the energetic body.

No experience necessary. This is a no work workshop. What a great way to introduce someone new to yoga. Come pamper yourself with a total mind/body escape.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. During Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, and feelings of peace, security, and well-being. R

April Vacation Youth Yoga Camp Ages 10+

Monday April 15th or Thursday April 18th 12pm-2pm
$25; Additional Siblings get $5 off.
In these two hours we will practice yoga and engage in creative mindfulness activities. Healthy snacks will be provided. Bring a mat or one will be provided. 
Please let us know in advance if the student has any food allergies or aversions/sensitivities to essential oils.

This class is Vinyasa Krama which is Sanskrit for ‘Wise Progression’. In this class we will use Hatha yoga poses, and pranayama (breath work) to prepare the body for meditation to bring the body, breath and mind into balance. This class will is appropriate for All levels.
