A private prenatal yoga session is specifically tailored to your needs. Its time where we can dive deep into what you personally need in this transformative time. Every session will incorporate yoga asanas (postures) connecting the mind, body, and breath, however our focus can be on specifics (e.g meditation, relaxation techniques, yoga for birth).
Private Postnatal Yoga Session
A private postnatal yoga session is specifically tailored for your needs also. Focus will be on yoga postures, relaxation techniques, body awareness, and reestablishing strength and tone in the body, specifically focusing on pelvic floor and abdominal region, connecting the body and breath. The purpose of postnatal yoga is to feel good in your body, and feel comfortable as you gradually return to exercise. Babies/toddler welcomed.
Private Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga 1 Session $60/ 1 hour (15 min. consultation call prior to appointment included)
Private Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga Package (4 Sessions) $200
Please verify with your health care provider that it is safe for you too return to physical activity, such as yoga, We recommend 6-8 weeks post birth for Post Natal Yoga depending on special circumstances.

Prenatal Yoga is a safe and gentle way to exercise during all phases of pregnancy, including labor, birth, and postpartum. It increases confidence, strength & flexibility, improves balance & circulation, and helps with common discomforts throughout pregnancy and after.
Angela O’Sullivan is a 200hr RYT, Cert. OMBirths Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and trained Dancing for Birth Instructor. She is a Cert. Kids yoga teacher and teaches Family Yoga Classes.
Marcella Hefferon is a 200hr RYT and certified prenatal yoga teacher. Marcella taught prenatal at Mamas Move in Norwell for many years before they closed their doors and during her own pregnancies. She also trained in Thai Massage, Pilates, Barre and Pound.
