Private Yoga Instruction at Unplug & Be Mindful Yoga

  We offer private yoga and mindfulness classes for groups & individuals. Private instruction is appropriate for beginners, mastering challenging postures, learning proper alignment, working with challenging schedules & developing your own personal practice.  We are here to help& we love to hear from you.  Our private lessons are held at our Marshfield studio or we can travel to you.
