I started practicing yoga in 1999 during a period of debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. Yoga, particularly the breath work, brought me back to life quickly and I have practiced ever since. My classes focus on the function of asana over form and how to use the body and breath to connect to the mind. I believe in living in alignment with nature and the Ayurvedic clock. I believe in the teachings of Krishnamacharya; that anyone can practice yoga, yet not all styles of yoga are right for everyone's unique bodies.
My current passions are fascia release and acupressure to free up tension in the physical body and any blockages in the energetic body. I have 3 teenage children who melt my heart, 2 labradoodles and a loving guru of a husband. I am very blessed to have a wide band of yogis and ayurveda peeps that I call family.

Tricia is a licensed massage therapist. She offers treatments at Unplug which include: therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Chinese cupping and reflexology. She also offers private and group sound and vibration sessions. She has a small yoga retreat business that opened in 2009. Namaste Yoga Retreats run small group trips to: Costa Rica, Peru, Bali and Panama.

Her certifications also include Pilates mat, Evolve and Balancepoint Barre. Marcela's passion is to instruct Barre classes combining her knowledge and experience into different types of Barre workouts including Pilates Method, Yoga, core and upper body strengthening. In the summers of 2016 and 2017 she also studied Thai bodywork in Thailand where she received, her 90h certification. Mor3e recently, Marcela completed her 100hr Yin Certification Program through Unplug & Be Mindful Yoga YTT.

Tara took a chance on something new and she hasn’t looked back. She knew it was exactly where she was supposed to be for herself and being able to help others. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Shaman, a sound healer, trained in Jikiden Reiki and is currently in training to be a breathwork practitioner. Tara is dedicated to helping those along their healing journey.
She recently opened her own healing space in Pembroke called Prakriti Healing & Wellness which embodies all of her healing modalities. She recently became certified as a Breathwork Practitioner in 2024.

Jen loves anything fitness related, having competed in fitness competitions in the past. She has devoted many years to running, having completed 7 marathons.
Off her mat, Jen loves to cook, and spends time engaging in her children’s activities. She lives in Marshfield with her husband, Dave, two children, and two golden retrievers.
Angela has her 500 RYT, and RPYT (Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga training), Birth Doula, Spinning Babies Parent Educator, Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master, focus on Perinatal fitness and well-being.
Angela brings mindfulness and meditation classes to the studio each Friday at 7am. Keep an eye on the calendar for an occasional special pop-up class or New Moon Practice too!

Outside the studio, I embrace life without expectations by immersing myself in nature. Hiking (currently working on the 48 of 4,000ft in NH), kayaking, swimming, and traveling. You may also a find me painting or enjoying music.

Yoga and breathwork have been a grounding presence in her life ever since. Tara is a graduate of the Unplug 200-hour Teacher Training program with Melissa, although she never expected her journey would lead her to teaching. Throughout the training program and learning about Yoga beyond asana has deepened her love for Yoga and desire to share that with others. Tara’s classes are approachable for all levels and taught with a hearty dose of fun and laughter. Nothing brings her more joy than being able to hold space and help others.
Tara’s favorite classes to teach are Hatha and Yoga Sculpt where dance breaks are always encouraged. In her spare time Tara can be found playing in the mud in her flower garden.

In high school, during a summer diving camp at Harvard, I was introduced to Yoga Nidra and became hooked on yoga. I am currently finishing my 500 RYT certification at Unplug, which has been an amazing journey. I have certifications in Barre and Yoga Nidra and have taken The Roll Method for myofascia. Additionally, I am a Reiki Master Teacher, having become certified to complement my MRI career. For many years, I have been using meditative breathing techniques and Reiki to calm and relax claustrophobic patients.
I am the happy mother of three lovely children and although they are grown adults now, we still enjoy spending time together going to the beach, boating, skiing, and traveling!

It was her yoga practice that Katherine relied on throughout her career in Human Services, and after many years she decided it was time to embark on a new journey- one that allowed her to fuse her desire to help others with her passion for Yoga. Since then, Yoga has taken her places she had only dreamt of going. At one point, she moved abroad to beautiful Costa Rica, where she taught yoga and meditation at a Retreat & Wellness center. This was an incredible experience that transformed her life, practice, and teaching. Katherine’s style has been influenced by all of her teachers and experiences; her classes urge strengthening, surrendering and continuous exploration.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2023 at Unplug. Originally, I took the class to learn more about the yogic philosophy and to help build a stronger personal practice. I am grateful 🙏 to the community for allowing me to be part of it so i can share and grow alongside.
